Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oscar Care, we understand the importance of selecting the right mobility aid or equipment to support your independence and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Used or Damaged items (unless due to a manufacturing fault)
  • Customised, prescription-based or special-order items
  • Items that pose a hygiene risk once opened (e.g. cushions, toileting aids, or personal care equipment)
  • Products returned outside of the 14-day period

Shipping and Handling:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the consumer guarantee.
