At Oscar Care, we understand the importance of selecting the right mobility aid or equipment to support your independence and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods (Excludes shipping time).
The Item return form must be submitted within 14 days.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Please note we cannot offer returns for:
Used or Damaged items (unless due to a manufacturing fault)
Customised, prescription-based or special-order items
Items that pose a hygiene risk once opened (e.g. cushions, toileting aids, or personal care equipment)
Products returned outside of the 14-day period
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
On receipt and inspection of the returned item Oscar will process a Exchange to another item of your choice, any difference in value will be either credited or billed to you prior to the dispatch of the exchange item.
Where an item is returned and there is money owed to the customer Oscar will return the amount owed to the purchaser via the payment method used for the purchase. Credits will be paid as soon as practical after the receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with any product guarantees or rights under the consumer guarantee.
